This program was developed for ease of use with Gineers scales.
Every measurement is collected in the computer, when a button from the scale is pressed.
One record holds information for: Article name, weight,
single price, total price, date, hour, operator, object number,
note. This measurement collection allows on later stage a quick report to be made for a given period.
Every client can be defined with full data for private person or firm. Notes can be printed and here
notes are special. Very detailed reports can be made. The report is something like inventarisation too.
This program works under Windows 95/98/2000/XP.

This software consists of several main modules:
- user module - 2 different access levels for operator and administrator
- communication module (RS-232/RS-485), can work with two scales
- article module - defining of articles with name and price
- clients module - full data for the client
- report module - detailed reports
- print module - note printing, by client's form
- archive module - backup of database
Целта на програмата е да се обслужват клиенти най-вече
на пунктове за вторични суровини, като се дава и пълна представа
на собственика за преминалите количества (купени/продадени)
за всеки артикул, включително като пари. Може да работи
с две везни едновременно, свързани на два различни серийни
порта. Измерванията се записват в направена за целта база
данни. Има предвидена смяна на режим на работа (Купува/Продава),
възможност за ръчно въвеждане (което се отбелязва в базата
данни), защита срещу сривове, архивиране на базата данни.
Печатаните бележки се отпечатват 2 еднакви броя на един
лист А4, за да се пести консуматив. Справката е сложна,
дава възможност за комбиниране по всякакви критерии за едно
измерване, изчислява освен килограмите и паричните поточи,
включително ДДС и удържан ДОД. Стойността на данъка, която
се удържа по закон, е настройваем параметър.
Connection with electronic unit is made via RS-232/RS-485 serial interface.
In the moment we have implemented protocols to work with electronic indicators of Gineers,
HBM, “Libra engineering” and “Elicom Electronics”,
but it is not a problem to add other manufacturers.
Database is not SQL type, but a file structure, so no SQL server is needed.
PC requirements are quite low and are noticed in User manual.
Works under Windows 95/98/2000/XP, it is easy to be ported on Linux.
